In the document “The
Gospel of Matthew” explained how faithful and giving Matthews Jesus was. “Blessed
are the pure in heart, for they will see God”, “Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they will be called sons of God”. It expressed how if we are obedient and
do what God asks of us that we will be blessed, God will see the good we do and
he will bless us with far more great things that we could imagine. This passage
also explained how God was all we ever needed, if we needed food God would provide,
if we were weak and alone God would provide us with comfort, if we called upon
to God he would hear us and help unconditionally. They made it known that if
you needed anything God would always be there to bless you. God was unfailing
and blessed those who obeyed his commands.
